Embark on an intellectual journey in Bodø, Norway over a five-day course.

Offered free of charge, the elective PhD-course «Contemporary Streams of Institutional Theory in Management and Accounting» is taking place from August 5-9.

The course is designed to equip participants with a profound understanding of institutional theory - connecting it directly to students research projects.

The course gives 7.5 ECTS credits and provides a comprehensive academic boost tailored to PhD students at any stage of the journey.

Expert Faculty and Dynamic Curriculum

Academic professionals will help guiding students through interactive sessions, ensuring both theoretical insights and practical applications.

The curriculum covers, among other things:

  • Classical and Scandinavian institutionalism in management and accounting.
  • The application of institutional logics, work and entrepreneurship to your own research.
  • Challenges and strategies of combining theories in research.
