eDialog - a safe way to send letters and documents

With eDialog you can send letters and documents to the university that are exempt from public disclosure.

​How to use eDialog 

  • Sign in to eDialog.
  • You need to sign in using ID-porten (BankId, MinId, etc). 
  • Fill out the form and upload any document you wish to send us. ​

Filling out the form 

  • ​Choose whether you’re filling out the form as an individual or a company. 
  • All mandatory fields are marked with *. 
  • Title: What is the request about? Add a case number if available. 
  • Comment: Give a thorough description of your inquiry. 
  • You can upload attachments. 
  • Submit the form by clicking the button “Send securely to Nord university”. 
PS: Remember to mark whether the inquiry contains sensitive personal information.​
