Camila Caldeira Langfeldt
I am a PhD candidate in Arts education at the Faculty of Education and Arts (FLU) at Nord University. I hold a bachelor's degree in education from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), Brazil, and a master's degree in Childhood Studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). I have experience in conducting research with children in Norway and in Brazil. My PhD project is part of the Europe Horizon project Dialoguing@rts - Advance Cultural Literacy for Social Inclusion through Dialogical Arts Education.
I have experience working with refugees and immigrant children and adults as a pedagogue and project manager at Kirkens Bymisjon, a Norwegian open and inclusive nonprofit organization. Additionally, I have experience as a pedagogue in early childhood education and as producer for Lydhør LekeKunst, an artistic research project for young children in Trondheim.
I am a member of the Music-related Learning Processes research group at Nord University, as well as the WorldViews research group at the Department of Education and Lifelong Learning, and the CODIC research project at the Department of Sociology and Political Science, both at NTNU.
