Password

For students

Go to the Self Service Portal. Choose Forgotten Password if you've forgotten your username or forgotten your password.

Your student password is valid for a limited period of time. A reminder will be sent as SMS when it is time to change your password. 

Your user account is active as long as you have a right to study, the account will be disabled when the study expires. 

After changing your password

If you have devices that repeatedly try to connect to your account using the wrong password, your account will be locked for security reasons.

Update the password on any mobile devices that use the Eduroam Wi-Fi network as soon as you have changed your password to avoid getting locked out.

iPhone, iPad: Enter the new password on the first request from the device.

Windows Phone: On later models, you will get a notice to renew your settings for Wi-Fi and email. Enter the new password.

Older Windows Phone devices: Find and select eduroam in the Wi-Fi settings. Enter the new password.

Android: Find eduroam in the Wi-Fi settings. Select and hold eduroam until you are presented with the selection Change Network Configuration. Enter the new password.
