Student at Risk - StAR

Nord University is a member of the international university network «Students at Risk» promoting academic freedom and human rights of students.

The purpose of the this scheme is to give student activists from developing countries who are denied access to educational institutions in their home country because of their activism, an opportunity to complete their education in Norway.

Students are encouraged to return to their home country after completing a degree. The scheme is financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and administered by the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills.

Institutional contact person: Adryani Landum
