Mo i Rana

Mo i Rana is Helgeland's largest town. Our campus is located in the middle of the town.

Mo i Rana is the third largest town in Northern Norway with 26 000 inhabitants. Campus Helgeland in Mo i Rana has around 600 students. The premises are modern with a large cafeteria, an auditorium, group rooms, lecture halls, and a nice library.

Within a 100 meter radius of the campus, there are shopping malls, gyms, a cinema, concert scenes, cafes, pubs, and restaurants.

At the same time, the distance between the city, coast, and mountains is short.

  • You can travel to Mo i Rana by plane via Bodø or Trondheim, or Røssvoll airport, which is located around 1 mile north of Mo i Rana. There are airport shuttle buses that can take you from the airport to the centre of Mo i Rana.

    You can also travel by train to Mo i Rana from Trondheim and Bodø.

    E6 also passes through the city.
