Background:My research interests broadly centre around the sustainable use of aquatic resources; I have a special interest in the study of threatened and data-limited species and integrate a variety of methodologies in my research, with a focus on molecular techniques. I am also engaged in environmental consultancy work, and in teaching and promoting scientific literacy and dissemination.
