I work as an Associate Professor at the High North Center at Nord University Business School. I work with international education and research projects, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Research Council of Norway, DIKU, and Erasmus +.

Education: PhD in Business Administration (Nord University, 2018) Master of Science in Business (Nord University, 2011) Master in Management of Organization (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, 2010).

I teach financial accounting analysis and valuation, budgeting and operating accounting at the bachelor's level, and project management and management control at the master's level.
Research interests: Management accounting and control in dynamic environments, project management, retraining of veterans, PhD education.
