MONITOR2024 Final Conference
We are pleased to invite you to the Final Conference of the MONITOR2024 project, which will take place on November 25, 2025, from 09:00 to 16:00 at Quality Hotel Ramsalt.

The conference marks the conclusion of the MONITOR2024 project (Monitoring and Evaluation of Bodø 2024 ECOC – European Capital of Culture) and brings together researchers, policymakers, and cultural actors from across the Nordic region and Europe. The program consists of three main parts:

  1. The impacts of European Capitals of Culture – a discussion based on EU perspectives and experiences.
  2. Presentation of key findings from the MONITOR2024 project’s final report – with particular focus on the effects of Bodø2024.
  3. Debate on cultural investments and sustainable development in Arctic and sub-Arctic regions – featuring contributions from researchers and policymakers from northern cities and regions.

We hope you will be able to join us. There is no conference fee. In the evening, a dinner for invited guests will be held, and we hope you will be able to attend.
