Recruiting Teachers: What Works?

Recruiting Teachers: What Works?
The international conference “Recruiting Teachers: What Works?” focuses on initiatives and actions taken that have resulted in a positive change either on a regional, national or international level.

The shortage of teachers is a global challenge. In a nutshell, the conference aims at answering the following questions: What initiatives and measures taken have resulted in more qualified teachers? What strategies have resulted in that more young people have chosen to become a teacher?
