​​We have weekly ​introductory courses in the reference management software EndNote. You should install EndNote prior to participating in the course. The course lasts for 2x45 minutes and is held in the University Library's virtual library.

The EndNote courses will be every Wednesday from 12:00 to 14:00 in the virtual library.​

Participate by entering the virtual library at 12:00 (follow the link below). You will first enter a waiting room and a librarian will welcome you into the virtual library. The librarian will forward you to the EndNote course.

What will you learn?

After the course you can:

  • Build a reference library in EndNote

  • Import references from Oria and databases

  • Organize, create and edit references

  • Create and organize groups

  • Generate bibliographies in APA 6th, Harvard and other reference styles

  • Use references in Word documents

Practical information

The course is in EndNote X9, the desktop version of EndNote. The demonstration will be held on PC, But you can use a Mac while participating in the course. 

The course consists of demonstrations and practical tasks.

Students: Download EndNote before the course by using the dow​​nload link.

Employees: Download EndNote throug​h the Software Center on your computer.


​This is an introductory course to the reference management software Zotero. The course is available for everyone. Enter the virtual library to participate. It's an advantage to install Zotero before participating.

After the course you should be able to:

  • Import references to your library

  • Edit references according to your chosen reference style

  • Use Zotero to insert references in Word​
