Exams in spring semester 2021

As a general rule, examinations in the spring semester will be arranged online.

You will receive more information about your exams by mid-February. However, it is already clear that most of the exams will be arranged online.

Main rule for exams, spring semester 2021

As a general rule, exams requiring on-site presence will not be arranged.

Possible exceptions for spring semester 2021

Exceptions may be made for exams where physical infrastructure is necessary for the conduct of the examination.

Special rules for exams in January and February

Examinations in January and February that are planned as on-site examinations have not been changed so far. We are considering alternative arrangements for these exams. You will receive more information about any changes at least two weeks prior to the exam.

Supplementary examination (re-sit) spring 2021:

All students who qualifed for an examination in the autumn semester of 2020 can register for a new examination. Admission to a new examination only applies to the first attempt at an examination following the ordinary examination, and does not apply after 30 June 2021.

This do​es not apply to candidate’s theses, bachelor’s theses and master’s theses.​

The new exam will normally be ​held in the following semester. For the spring semester of 2021 supplementary exams will be arranged in week 8 or 9. Exceptions may occur. Dates will be announced in Studentweb in January, or no later than two weeks before the exam.  


Additional infection control measures for on-site exams

Strict infection control measures will be taken for on-site examinations. This implies a two metre distance between exam candidates.
