• How do I print?

  FollowMe

  Nord University uses FollowMe, a special kind of print queue that allows printing from any student printer. Get printing by registering your student card at the card reader on the printer.

  Mobile print

  You can use our mobile printing solution when you are connected to Eduroam at a campus.
  The first time requires registration. See the manual for mobile printing in the Nord-help portal. (Student login required)

• Where can I print?

  It is mainly in the library where printers for students are located. See "Where can I print?" in the Nord-help portal.

• How do I top up my account?

  You must be present at campus to be able to top up your account. All new students receive 30 kroner on their account. You will see your balance when you are logged in.

  How to top up:

  • Go to https://betaling.nord.no
  • Log on with your student number and password
  • Choose the amount you want to top up with
  • Press "Accept"
  • Press "Next"

  Note that we do not refund unused amounts.

• What does it cost to print and copy?

  Prices for printing and copy (as of 2023):

  • A4 black/white, single/double page: 0.40 kr
  • A4 colour, single/double page: 1,60 kr
  • A3 black/white, single/double page: 0,80 kr
  • A3 colour, single/double page: 3,20 kr

  Scanning of documents is free.

• How can I see my account balance?

  You can see your balance when you refill or on the printer. For more information, see the Nord-help article "How can I see my printing account balance?"
