HZ University of Applied Sciences

HZ University of Applied Sciences is located in Zeeland, in the south-west of the Netherlands. The small sized university is home to 4800 students, including over 500 international students.

  • Admission requirements

    Students must have completed one year of university level studies, equivalent to 60 ECTS.

  • According to Dutch law, students from non-EU/EEA/Swiss countries cannot apply for visa themselves. All applications are coordinated by the University. You can read more here: Practical-information

    All exchange students must have valid health insurance, regardless of their nationalities. Students may be expected to purchase health care insurance for the duration of their stay, in addition to the insurance the students have from their home countries.
