Academic workload
Students shall enrol in UoA courses which totals no less than 45 points and no more than 60 points per semester, unless approval has been granted by UoA to enrol in courses totalling more than 60 pts. 60 points corresponds to 30 ECTS.

Tuition fee
Students are responsible for payment of all fees and costs, such as tuition and related fees, as well as accommodation and living costs. Students who will study under Study Abroad agreement will get 10% tuition discount. Moreover, the terms and conditions applicable to the payment of fees (and refunds) are set out in the enrolment contract between the student and UoA.
Number of student places
There is no restriction in numbers of students per year.
Housing
UoA will guarantee campus housing to all Study Abroad students as long as they put an application in by the priority deadline. However, UoA does not guarantee a room in their preferred hall or a couple/family housing. For more information about housing, go to: Accommodation - UoA
Cost of living

Admission requirements
Students must have completed one year of university level studies, equivalent to 60 ECTS.
Language requirements
UoA requires IELTS Academic with an overall score 6.0 (no band below 5.5), or TOEFL (paper-based and internet-based/iBT) with an overall score of 80 and a written score of 21.
Student must satisfy all New Zealand immigration and visa requirements, including where applicable, arrangements for their families and dependents.
