VIVES University of Applied Sciences

Vives University of Applied Sciences is a university in West Flanders, Belgium. It is one of the largest universities in Belgium with over 17 000 students. There are five campuses spread across different cities in West Flanders.

    A full workload is 30 ECTS per semester.

  • Housing

    Vives will guide incoming students in finding accommodation.

    There is a separate application procedure. Students are advised to apply early, as the number of available rooms is limited.

    Students must have completed one year of university level studies, equivalent to 60 ECTS.

    English B2 is recommended

  • All exchange students must have access to health insurance that covers the whole duration of their stay in Belgium. EU/EEA students can take EHIC card with them. Non-EU/EEA students have to register with a Belgian health insurance fund.
