University of Turku

Founded in 1920 University of Turku (UTU) is celebrating its 100 years as a university. UTU is a vibrant academic community of 25,000 students and employees from over 100 different countries. The Turku campus is located right next to the city centre and the Aura River. There is also a campus in the cities of Rauma and Pori.

    A full workload is 30 ECTS per semester.

    Cost of living

  • Admission requirements

    Students must have completed one year of university level studies, equivalent to 60 ECTS.

    Language requirements

    Students are expected to have at least B2 in English. This can be documented by IELTS overall score of 6.0 or TOEFL iBt 72. Native English speakers do not need to document English proficiency.
