Bishop's University

Bishop's University (French: Université Bishop's) is a small English-language liberal arts university in Lennoxville, a borough of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. It remains one of Canada's few primarily undergraduate universities, functioning in the way of an American liberal arts college, and is linked with three others in the Maple League.
  • Academic workload

    • Undergraduate level (courses at 200-400): 15 credit hours = 30 ECTS. 12 credit hours = 25 ECTS. 3 credit hours = 6 ECTS. 1 credit hours = 2 ECTS.
    • Graduate-level (courses at 500 and above): 12 credit hours = 30 ECTS. 9 credit hours = 25 ECTS. 3 credit hours = 8 ECTS. 1 credit hour = 2,5 ECTS.
