Intermediate Rigging

CGA2013
Take your rigging to the next level with this in-depth course, exploring the different techniques and workflows within a production pipeline.
This course will investigate the different strategies towards creating 3D animation rigs for different applications. When creating a rig for animation, it is important to know how the object or system will be animated and through which platform or pipeline. Students will develop an understanding of the different opportunities and constraints when working within different platforms and pipelines and learn how to manage assets in a way that maintains compatibility and usability. The possibilities of scripting and tool development to expand, streamline and automate workflow will be also explored.
