As a student planning to apply for a full degree in Norway, you should be aware of that the Norwegian government has suggested that students from outside of EU/EEA should pay tuition fees from the autumn semester of 2023. The suggestion is sent out on hearing, and is yet to be decided. The suggestion does not include exchange students.
