PhD in 2011 from the University of Leon (Spain) in fish reproduction.

I am passionate about everything related with fish reproductive biology, from ecology and evolutionary questions to more applied research in the area of aquaculture. At NordU most of my research is focused in solving some of the bottlenecks of the spotted wolffish reproductive biology for the aquaculture industry. Nonetheless, I am also involved in other projects related with different reproductive biology issues in other species such as Atlantic halibut, zebrafish and capelin.
