Action - communication 
Nord University works as a partner in the project entitled „Action – communication” which benefits from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Grants and Polish National Budget grants.
The aim of the project is to create, thanks to transnational collaboration, conditions for improving the quality of education in Poland, through developing, making available and disseminating among staff involved in educational processes, a methodology for training in non-violent communication (NVC), along with tools for self-exercise.
Planned activities:
1. Preparation of NCV methodology and tools in collaboration with partners.
2. Tests on the target group.
3. Optimisation of the project outputs by the partners.
4. Dissemination (communication events) and implementation.
