I'm a PhD Candidate in Business. I belong to the division of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Nord University Business School.

You find me in the building "Mørkvedgården", office 260.

I teach entrepreneurship at bachelor and master level, in Norwegian and English.

The courses I have taught:

Entrepreneurship and Value Creation (ENT2000): Autumn 2022 and 2023.

Startup and Business Development (ENT5014), selected topics on team collaboration spring 2023 and 2024.

My PhD Thesis is situated in the intersection of entrepreneurial identity and nascent ventures in the context of entrepreneurship education.

The preliminary title is: “How to become an entrepreneur? The avenues of entrepreneurial identity in the context of nascent ventures”.

The aim with the thesis is to contribute to knowledge development in the following four ways:

  1. Connect entrepreneurial identity to nascent venture (team) processes.
  2. To take a critical perspective on assumptions and embedded values in entrepreneursip education.
  3. Methodological originality: Use of images and graphical elements.
  4. Inform policy makers and educators about how entrepreneurs perceive themselves as entrepreneurs and how the entrepreneurial identity develops within an educational context.
