I'm a PhD Candidate in Business at the Nord University Business School, Division for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

I'm also affiliated with Engage - Centre for Engaged Education through Entrepreneurship.

My office is in "Mørkvedgården", room 260.

I teach entrepreneurship at bachelor and master level, in Norwegian and English.

The courses I teach are:

  • Entrepreneurship and Value Creation ENT2000 (15 ECTS): Autumn 2022, 2023 and 2024.
  • Startup and Business Development (ENT5014), selected topics on team collaboration spring 2023 and 2024.

My doctoral dissertation is about how entrepreneurs develop an entrepreneurial identity as part of a startup team. The preliminary title is “How to Become an Entrepreneur? Paths to Entrepreneurial Identity in the Context of Startup Teams and Entrepreneurship Education."

I aim to contribute with new knowledge in the following areas:

  1. Connect entrepreneurial identity to team processes in new venture teams.
  2. Take a critical perspectiveat entrepreneurship education.
  3. Methodological originality by the use of images and graphic elements.
  4. Contribute to knowledge about the dynamic process of how entrepreneurs develop their sense of self.
