Music 1, part one
MUS1049
The course provides students with basic music education through performing music (singing, dancing and playing), making music and experiencing music. These core elements are in accordance with the subject renewal (LK20) in the school subject of music for grades 5-10, which the students will gain insight into, with an emphasis on the teacher's role as leader, facilitator and inspirer in music education.
In the subject, students receive basic music training and an introduction to the school subject of music based on varied learning activities and teaching methods. The subject invites performing and creative activity with an emphasis on musical interaction, inclusion, communication and enjoyment of music, concentrated on the pedagogue as leader, supervisor and inspirer for music education in grades 1-10.
The students will benefit from having experience from playing instruments, singing and/or dancing, even though this is not a requirement.
