Business and Accounting System

REG6000
The process of design, survey and assessment of internal controls related to the accounting and finance functions in organizations. The course provides insight into the challenges associated with processing and recording of transactions and business events, including business organization, business processes and ICT-based systems. The course also provides an introduction to good accountant practices, ethical regulations for accountants and the accountants regulations.
Paid semester fee and syllabus literature. It is also required that students have a laptop at their disposal.
Compulsory
Lectures, and exercises individually, and in groups.
The study programme is evaluated annually by students by way of course evaluation studies. These evaluations are included in the university's quality assurance system.
