Geography is a field that addresses a wide range of topics, first of all those that concern society, but also in terms of nature and the environment, locally and on a global scale. Through this study, you will investigate resource distribution across regions and continents, analyze the global impact of globalization and the environmental repercussions of human actions, explore how the Earth's landscape is shaped by natural forces, gain proficiency in map creation and interpretation. Geography is distinguished by its strong connections with various other disciplines, both in the social and natural sciences.

The teaching mainly takes place during six gatherings. Four of these are in-person, while two of the gatherings are digital. At the gatherings, there are lectures, work with group exercises, and excursions. The programme can be completed as a full-time study or as a part-time study, and is therefore well suited for teachers who wish to expand their expertise. The gatherings form a central part of the learning activities, providing opportunity for outdoor investigation of the landscape and natural environment as well as opportunity for encounters with people, businesses and society at the places we visit.
