Evgenii Aleksandrov is an Associate Professor at the High North Center for Business and Governance, Nord University Business School in Bodø, Norway. His research interests include public sector accounting and budgeting, performance measurement and management, dialogic accounting, public sector reforms, democratic governance, citizens involvement, Smart Cities governance and sustainable development.
