Anastasiya Henk is employed as a researcher at the Nord University Business School (HHN). She finished and defended her PhD project named " Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea: Management of Business Processes in Turbulent Environments" at HHN in December 2019. Her project focused on how shipping companies operating in turbulent operational, business and institutional environments of the offshore supply industry manage their operations in the Arctic.
Her current research interests focus on the transformation of work due to the implementation of digital technologies, digital transformation, IT governance and IT strategy.
