Screen sharing for students
If you need IT support in the form of screen sharing, IT Helpdesk can connect to your computer. You can read about this in Nord-help: "What's TeamViewer and screen sharing?"
Frequently asked IT questions
Visit the Self Service Portal if you have forgotten either your username or password.
Students and employees use the wireless network 'Eduroam'. Username is username@student.nord.no
The password is the one you created when you activated your account. You can create a new password using the Self Service Portal.
