The delegation had representatives from Nord University, Bodø municipality, Kraft Center, Iris Salten, and University of Oulu (Finland). The HNC participated through three of our research projects; ArcGov and EduSmart (funded by the Research Council of Norway) as well as the education project, NoRuC (funded by HK-dir).

The purpose of the visit was to strengthen education and research cooperation between East China Normal University (ECNU) and Nord University and to discuss our ongoing research and education cooperation with representatives from Norwegian authorities and other Norwegian institutions located in China.

The agreement was signed by Hanne Solheim Hansen, Rector of Nord University, and LEI Qili, Vice President of ECNU, in the presence of Lise Synnøve Nordgaard, the Norwegian Consul General in Shanghai. Photo: Ahad Hadian
